In cooperation with our partner Volkmann GmbH we have improved confectionery production with one of the leading domestic companies.
Transporting the mixture of cereals from the warehouse to the production line is no longer performed manually, but using the vacuum transport type VS350.
The mixture, consisting of products of different bulk density and particle size, is conveyed at a distance of 30m and a height of 4m, with a capacity of 250kg/h.
The key factor that has decided in favor of the purchase of our system was that during the process of conveying there is no seggregation of the mixture, and this was shown through trials on the same device in real production conditions. |

The danger of conveying explosive materials with one of our users has been removed by installing vacuum
transporter Volkmann VS200, which complies with the requirements of the ATEX directive. |
